Picture this....two friends having brunch at 3 Palms after a tennis match inside Sawgrass.''That was a great match today!''....''Yes this brunch is well deserved lol. Are you excited about TPC next week?''....''Absolutely. It's going to be so fun. It will be packed too. But being so close to the TPC Clubhouse we can just walk to the entrance. We have family coming in town and they are so excited!''...''Awwww thats's nice. Are they staying at the Marriott?''....''We have friends coming into town as well and they will stay at the Marriott which is so fun especially during TPC. But our family will stay with us. We have plenty of room. The larger condo unit we have has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We have one master suite upstairs and one downstairs. The third bedroom enters into to thebathroom so it's like every room is en suite"...."Oh that's fantastic. I remember when you remodeled. It looks amazing. Those light fixtures made such a difference. And the accent walls are perfect."..."Thank you. I had a great time updating and decorating. And it's so peaceful there. We are always outside. We sit on the patio, overlooking the water, for morning coffee and at happy hour for a martini. The sound and sights of the fountain are serene"....."I love your bar. It's a showstopper. Your kitchen looks great too. Do you cook often?"... "I'm always torn. I love to cook and the kitchen has everything I need. But we are so close to Ruth's Chris, Medures, Aqua Grill, Cafe Andiamo, Julep, Valley Smoke. The list is endless."..."What a horrible problem to have hahaha. So what are you doing the rest of the weekend?"...."Tomorrow our kids are taking us boating and we will dock at Palm Valley Outdoors for lunch. John is playing golf today so I think I'll spend some time by the pool, that's right by our place. Then tonight we are headed to Restaurant 19 inside the TPC Clubhouse. The chef is preparing a 5 course paired menu for us"..."I'm so jealous!!!. Not just about dinner but about living in Sawgrass!!!"...."Well ...a little birdie told me there is a unit coming up right by me. And it's under $700k!!!".....Now picture this....It's yours!!!
