Dan O’Byrne brings 35 years of Business and Community Development experience to his position as Realtor with EXIT 1 Stop Realty in beautiful Northeast Florida. Dan is a former President & CEO of Visit Jacksonville, the City’s official tourism agency; so, he knows firsthand what it takes to make people feel welcome in Northeast Florida. Dan’s wife and he are originally from New York and New Jersey and have moved at least a dozen times in six different States throughout their career. He understands what his customers and their families are going through as they relocate to a new home in Florida, especially as parents’ to school age children, and how important all of the decisions relating to their children’s or grandchildren’s futures are.

Dan O’Byrne’s career in luxury resort, hotel, and destination real estate has included senior level positions in marketing, sales, contract negotiations, business and community development, and government. He has a Bachelor’s Degree, with distinction, from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
