Kathleen Nadeau, REALTOR®, EXIT 1 Stop Realty, Jacksonville, Florida, is a real estate professional initially licensed in 1992 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where she obtained two Brokers licenses in Pennsylvania and Florida. She held a position as Managing Broker for a corporation supervising both locations. Kathleen was an educator at Northampton Community College and was responsible for teaching Real Estate Finance, Ethics, and Contracts. Her joy is bringing education and excellent customer service to all her endeavors.

Kathleen relocated to Florida in 2005 to join her extended family and to call Florida home. Also, on the personal side, she is proudest of her four children and grandchildren. She loves all that brings her outdoors, social gatherings, and comedy and is known for her loyalty, kindness to others, and tenacity in reaching goals.
