Carroll "CW" Phipps, REALTOR®, EXIT 1 Stop Realty, Jacksonville, FL, In 2016, while serving as an Active Duty Senior Chief and the East Coast Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commodore for the MH-60R Airframe, CW became a Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, serving as a Real Estate Agent part-time while on Active Duty. In October 2018, after 22 years of Naval Service, CW started his second career as a full-time real estate agent. As a Realtor®, CW uses his research and leadership experience to serve your real estate needs. CW takes a different approach toward real estate by acting as your ADVISOR, not a salesman.
From Basic Training to Realtor®
After Completion of Basic Training in Great Lakes, Il, CW was assigned to the Naval Air Techincal Training Center in Pensacola, Fl. After completing his training pipeline, CW began his career as an "airframer" at the now-closed Naval Air Station Cecil Field, Fl.
It took only a short time for CW to catch the eye of his superiors with his natural ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct the most complex problems. His ability to reliably return SAFE aircraft to service resulted in CW earning multiple awards and operational citations. After completing nine deployments(one Frigate, one Cruiser, and seven aircraft carrier 6+ month deployments) and numerous overseas assignments, CW ended his Naval career as the Navy's East Coast H-60R Airframes Advisor. His duties included serving as an advisor to the COMHSMWINGLANT Commodore and a liaison between the US Navy and aircraft manufacturers/engineers.
Upon retirement from Naval Service, CW started his civilian career as a licensed Realtor® in Jacksonville, Fl. He continues to work in that capacity today with Exit 1 Stop Realty.
CW uses his Naval experience to serve as YOUR Realtor®. Committed to his role as an advisor, CW approaches real estate differently than other agents. He is committed to advising his customers on the pros and cons of properties, giving the customer ALL of the available data to make an informed decision when purchasing or selling property. You, the customer, will fill the role of his Senior Officer. CW will not push properties on his customers; he listens and advises his customers in a way that will help them fulfill their wants and needs, which means that he will lead you through the good and the bad aspects of real estate. CW learned early in his Naval career that bad news doesn't get better with time and will often advise his customers with this in mind. CW aims to help his customers buy or sell property with ZERO remorse. He doesn't put a timeline on things; some customers will take a few days to find a property, and others take months, which is perfectly okay with him. A patient buyer/seller is a buyer/seller with the advantage. He will do everything he can to ensure your choices are informed and that you are 100% satisfied when you walk away from the closing table.
