S. "Nikki" Davis

Born and raised in Northern Suburbs of Chicago, Nikki moved to Jacksonville in the summer of 2016. With much tenacity and little to no support system locally, she always found a way to strive and serve her community to include volunteer work.

Previously Nikki worked for a fortune 500 company for 10 years as an Executive Assistant, owned her own business and worked as an independent insurance producer on the Great Lakes Naval Base in IL. A few years after relocating to Jacksonville, Nikki decided to pursue real estate. She started with EXIT 1 Stop Realty in 2020 and is a certified military relocation specialist partnered with AHRN. AHRN is a preferred vendor for the US Military to service them and DOD members and their families with any relocation's to over 500 plus military installations.

Nikki is personable, has a big heart and can be loyal to a fault. What keeps her going in life is being the best mother and providing a good home to her 3 children (1 son currently serving in the US Navy and 2 girls).
