Carol is a native of Jacksonville, Fl. She graduated from local high school William M Raines and from local college Florida State College at Jacksonville. Carol moved away, enjoying some time in other cities and states. Prior to returning to Jacksonville she spent approximately twenty years raising Black Arabian horses and Boer goats in Hawthorne, Fl all while commuting between Hawthorne and Jacksonville, working as an IT professional for a Jacksonville based retailer.?

Carol is adamant about life, believing that life should be lived to the fullest. She enjoys sports and fishing, is an eager reader and is a fan of the arts. Jacksonville’s growth has afforded her the opportunity to engage in so much that she enjoys.
