Jessica Harrison

Raised in Maryland as a child of a business owner and a member of the theatrical community since age 4, “the show must go on,” was a way of life, both then and now.

She met the love of her life at age 14 and for 34 years, she still hasn’t let go. Being very goal driven and single minded, she was able to finish high school and college in 6 years total. This enabled her to marry her high school sweetheart, Scott and they moved to Jacksonville in 1988. Being brought up as boaters, they bought a boat first, of course, but purchased their first home in 1989 at the age of 21.

Having relocated for business transfers over 28 times, and owning more homes than fingers, Jessica can assist in making one of the most stressful life decisions as stress free as possible with expert advice and extensive personal experience.
She has built 4 custom homes, fully renovated 4 others, built one pool from scratch and enlarged two others. She has lived on a boat, in new homes, old ones, gated ones and dirt road ones. She has lived the “River Life” and now lives the “Island Life” in St. Augustine and has handled private rentals as well.

Her career has involved banking, sales, management and teaching, and for the last two years working directly for a real estate brokerage on the management side. Putting these skills together, along with her personal experience make real estate and home management the perfect fit.

Life is full of blessings with 2 sons and 1 daughter, (in law). The eldest proudly serves his country, GO NAVY! He is married to a wonderful lady who adds so much joy and class to the entire family with a multi-cultural flair. The youngest is in college and is following the long Harrison tradition of being in the automotive industry – GO TOYOTA!

Half of Jessica’s heart is in her second home in Ntshongweni, South Africa where she visits at least twice a year to love on AIDS orphans and widows and to remember that her faith is the most important thing in life. She is "Mama" to 5 children and "Gogo" to 2.
